Peeking in the windows of Louis Vuitton

I see a lot of brown Louis Vuitton bags around Paris.  I also see a lot of LV shopping bags, usually carried by people of a particular region of the world known to be very prosperous at the moment.  There are also many of those people standing in the line to enter the Champs-Elysees store at any given time.  It looks like a large store- I can’t quite figure out why there is a line to get in.  I also can’t understand why anyone would stand in a line to get in.  But whatever.  I do appreciate the windows, which are fabulous.  I hope you like them, too.

These windows were on this street, Montaigne, which is all lit up in white.

She hangs out at the end of the street.

Any nice bags on your Christmas list?  I do need a brown one, but I don’t think it will be from Louis Vuitton.

To end on a sweet note, take a look at dessert from two nights ago.  That orange tart was even better than it looks.

Yeah, there was chocolate, too.

AND coffee, buttercream, and sponge cake decorated to perfection

Happy Hump Day, mes amies!

  1. I don’t get the long lines either – but it was the same in front of the LV store when I was in London before Christmas last year.

Speaking of lines, it’s time for me to go check if there’s a line in front of Marks & Spencer on CE. I’ve been trying to get in there for days…

  2. It’s a good thing you are walking about town so much. I am gaining weight just looking at those dessert pictures.

Hollah back y'all!
