Market Wednesday

I took my sister-in-law with me to the President Wilson Market on Wednesday, which happened to be one of the most glorious Wednesdays I can remember.  The market was positively gleaming, and not overly crowded. We didn’t need to buy much, as we are eating out this week, but we sure had a good time admiring the produce.

We bought strawberries, brioche, and an almond croissant. Consumed on premises: a banana nutella crepe and half of a croissant.

The countdown has begun. I return to Houston next Wednesday and do not see Paris again until the first of July. I am hoping this sunny weather continues so that I can cover lots of ground and take lots of pictures before I leave.

Bon weekend!
